Job description 

Worldwide manufacturer of extensive line of maintenance, repair and industrial supply products to customers in over 55 countries worldwide is looking for a Warehouse Filling Clerk for our facility in Irving, TX . This position executes the receiving, stocking, shipping and chemical filling functions. Receives products, including equipment and components into inventory system using Oracle. Fills various products into containers. Assists in assuring that the inventory system is accurate and that items are stocked into proper locations. Loads products and equipment into trailers. Participates are part of the spill team.

Duties

Filling containers in size up to 55 gallon drums
Unloads Trailers and Receives product, components, and equipment into system
Stocks Product and Components into warehouse locations.
Loads Product and/or equipment into Trailers
Inventory Control functions as needed
Participate As Part of the Spill Team
Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Forklift Experience (Stand up / Sit Down)

Ability to work independently

The Account Manager is a field-based position providing hands-on servicing of boiler and cooling water systems for our existing customer base, including but not limited to chemical testing, monitoring, calibration, repair of chemical-feed-related equipment, and visual inspections of systems when necessary. Responsibilities:

Perform assigned water testing and sampling as required
Communicate, record, and maintain relevant information regarding treatment operations
Schedule service and sales calls, including daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Accurately report service calls
Perform diagnostics on water treatment equipment: reverse osmosis Systems, water softeners, and other water treatment/conditioning systems.
Determine system condition, identify malfunctions, and take corrective actions
Provide routine preventative maintenance services; inspection, cleaning, and calibration of system components as necessary to assigned accounts
Assist in identifying additional service needs and opportunities while developing and implementing customized solutions for our customers
Maintain customer chemical inventory which may include lifting

Requirements:

Purpose of the Job: Responsible for providing engineering application support as it relates to water treatment. Support includes designing, proposing, and supporting pretreatment and chemical feed systems for process water systems.

Level of Authority: Performs work under direct supervision of Equipment Engineering Manager. Latitude is given for independent action and decisions. Error in judgment could have significant impact on customer relations and could result in legal and fiscal liability for Chem-Aqua.

Work Environment: Work is to be performed in three environments: (1) Office, (2) Manufacturing, and (3) Field. Work in manufacturing and the field will be performed in varying weather conditions and with usual hazards associated with chemical and mechanical process environments.

Work Hours: Normal weekday office hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. Due to the nature of our business occasional night, weekend, and holiday hours may be required to meet our sales force and customer needs. Compensatory time off will be offered when these job requirements occur.

Travel: Travel required is less than 10%. Day and/or over night travel are required for much of the work performed in the field.

Essential Job Functions:

Assess customer needs and recommend equipment from existing product lines in order to fulfill those needs. Existing product lines include: filtration, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, and chemical feed systems for boilers, cooling towers, secondary disinfection, and waste water applications.

Read and interpret customer specifications/requirements.

Design custom solutions using engineering methods in order to meet customer needs that cannot be met with standard offerings.

Prepare written equipment quotations and technical instructions for field personnel using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Provide field engineering support for Chem-Aqua’s 350 sales representatives across the US, including sales, technical assistance, equipment start-up/commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Manage custom application engineering projects throughout the entire manufacturing process, including quoting, designing, overseeing manufacturing, testing, field start-up/commissioning, and training of field and customer personnel.

Produce scaled mechanical and electrical drawings, P&IDs, and assembly instructions of water treatment equipment using SolidWorks and AutoCAD for use in manufacturing and customer documentation.

Create and update accurate bills-of-material for manufactured products.

Train employees, field personnel, and customers in the equipment, tools, work techniques, and skills required to accomplish assignments.

Complete special design projects set forth by the Equipment Engineering Manager. Projects include innovative systems in water treatment that help drive Chem-Aqua’s sales growth.

Qualifications and Capabilities

TECHNICAL

Must have a BSE degree with a specialization in Mechanical. May consider applicants with an electrical specialization, so long as the applicant shows a strong mechanical aptitude.

A little about you

Characteristics of our successful KAMs vary considerably…they are a unique piece to the puzzle that makes up a cohesive team. However, our KAMs do share a few important traits:

Bachelor degree preferred especially in the sciences
1-2 years sales management experience, water treatment experience is a plus
Superior communication skills
Consummate team players
Capable of navigating a complex web of personalities to find commonalities that help create win-win scenarios.
Focused on company revenue and profitability
This position is remote and no relocation is required.
Travel is required.

Day-to-day work examples

Work within a team structure to ensure good awareness of complete strategic account sales and customer service plan across the entire Chem-Aqua target market.
The KAM focuses on maintaining relationships with existing customers, and providing support to the Corporate Account Manager within the market vertical
Maintain relationships with contacts in existing vertical locations as well as at the corporate level.
Encourage and assist local sales reps and managers with opening new locations of portfolio accounts.
Guard the reputation of Chem-Aqua as a high-quality service provider/partner within the target organization
Ensure technical competence of field representatives and that ROI opportunities are identified and properly communicated
Review FSR compliance and written reports. Contact field management to address quality and compliance issues.
Manage escalation reports
Up-sell value added opportunities in existing locations and strategic accounts.
Open opportunities for ancillary application sales and work jointly with other CAMs to close
Conduct account reviews with corporate customers and related Sales Managers.
Identify new prospects to develop into strategic accounts. Primary focus being boiler and cooling applications
Target and assist in closing individual locations when appropriate.

Job Duties

• Operates grease tube line. Make adjustments to line as needed. Loads empty tubes onto conveyor. Pack of filled tubes into quarter cases. Packs off full cases onto pallets.

Summary

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Receiving Associate will join our team to support a dynamic and ever manufacturing environment. The receiving associate will receive components, raw materials and finished products ensuring that our customer’s expectations are met by our exceptional products.

Responsibilities and experience:  

The position unloads tankers and railcars of bulk raw material, receives and warehouses empty containers, receives and warehouses raw materials, returned products, and finished goods from vendor. All jobs must be performed in a safe, clean, and accurate manor.

Unload railcar and tanker bulk raw materials and fill customer tanker truck loads

Receive and stock away raw materials, finished goods, and customer returns

Manually unload loose drum/tote trucks, loads and manages empty drum container policy

Various Special duties – hazwoper spill response team member, confined space entry team members, first aid team members, hazardous waste team members

Requirements:  

· High School Diploma or GED.

· Excellent interpersonal skills within all levels of an organization

· Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation

Summary

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Packager will join our team to support a dynamic and ever manufacturing environment. The Production Packager will fill and package various chemical products ensuring that our customer’s expectations are met by our exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities:  

We have a proven training program that will teach you the responsibilities of this job; inlcuding but not limited to:

Clean, operate and maintain equipment in area including totes, pumps, fillers, conveyors, cappers, induction sealers, re-torquers, labelers, tapers accumulation tables, printers and lift tables as needed.
Read, interpret and execute specifications from work order.
Provide detailed paper work flow to maintain inventory accuracy.
Manually prepare packaging components.
Plan and perform line set up and changeover processes.
Manually fill products.
Stock away palletized products.
Keeps Work Area Clean and Free of Safety Hazards.
Performs other related duties as required.

Key Requirements:  

High School Diploma or GED.
