Thank you for exploring a career with Partsmaster, an international MRO company. We’re looking for a seasoned E-Commerce Manager to oversee all aspects of our newly launched E-Commerce site. In this role, you will be responsible for executing e-commerce strategies that will engage our customers and drive overall sales performance.

A Little About You 

You have extensive experience in an E-commerce management role. Ideally you have 5-10 years of E-Commerce management experience focused on content management, project management and web analytics.  Additionally, you know enough to be dangerous when it comes to various graphic design tools such as illiustrator or indesign.  


You get the MRO industry.  General MRO business experience is a plus. Vast understanding of MRO products, industry and competitive knowledge is essential for success in this role. 


You connect with customers.  You create stories that attracts customers to our site.  You also have extensive knowledge in SEO and other analytical tools that help drive traffic to the site.  


You are a strong communicator.  You work well with others and can confidently communicate, whether in-person, on the phone or via email, with a variety of people, including those you have never met.  Additionally, you possess leadership skills and serve as a mentor to your colleagues- often answering questions or providing industry insight.  


You are a self-starter.  You have the unique ability to be self-motivated in accomplishing overall corporate directives.  You work well on your own and don't require oversight from your manager. 


You work well under pressure.  Aggressive deadlines and large projects do not cause you stress.  You would consider yourself an excellent multi-tasker and never let a to-do item slip past you. Even when you have multiple projects to manage at any given time, you can execute accurately and with little to no error.   


You have experience partnering with a sales team.  As an E-commerce manager, you cross functionally work with a variety of stakeholders.  You have exposure and experience building a strong relationship with the sales organization of a business.  The sales representatives look to you to find new and innovative products they can offer to our clients.

  • Build engaging marketing strategies to ensure the customer experience is seamless.
  • Collect data and analyze trends and behaviors that will allow the organization to improve the visitor experience and optimize customer traffic to the E-Commerce site.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management Team to prepare, publish, and update products and their digital assets to the website.
  • Track industry and competitive best practices, examine performance, spot opportunities, identify threats, look for novel solutions, and develop creative action plans within the e-commerce business.
  • Partner with IT to support ongoing platform upgrades, site transitions, and maintenance efforts.
