We are looking for a Videographer/Photographer to help with creation of video materials necessary to support our core products and strategic growth objectives. Day-to-Day Work Examples

 

We support growth, opportunity, and variety, which means your day-to-day has the potential to adapt with you and your passions. If you’re not challenged and growing, neither are we. For starters, though, here are some day-to-day examples of what you will be doing:

 

Video Production – 10%

  • Designs, transports, sets up, and operates production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions
  • Work with Creative Team on storyboards/scripts and production schedule
  • Manage talent pool. Provide options to Manager
  • Operates video cameras, on location or in the studio
  • Capture or produce audio segments

 

Video Post-Production – 30%

  • Edit video including transitions and text effects
  • Produce videos for ecommerce, social media & customer service
  • Edit video & audio segments on a variety of digital formats
  • Manages acquisition of stock video, audio or graphic elements as needed

 

Photography – 40%

  • Produce product photography, on location or in studio
  • 360 product photography using our 360 software
  • Image post-production, color adjustments, retouching and clipping paths
  • Resize and save to many digital formats
  • Maintains photo library and integrity of naming structure within archive

 

Equipment/Studio/Asset Maintenance – 10%

  • Completes trouble and preventive maintenance reports on video and audio production equipment; assists in repair and upkeep of studio and production sets and properties
  • Maintains equipment inventory and studio production schedules
  • Manages Master Folder Archiving of all elements

 

Culture/Communication – 10%

  • Demonstrate and communication clear, collaborative and respectful communication across the company
  • Leverage tools (Project Management software) to facilitate “over-communication” mentality
  • Embrace feedback and encourage collaborative input from all levels of the organization
  • Problem solver – someone that can learn and adapt quickly if needed
  • Curious leaner – someone that is always checking out the new trends with video and photography
 

A little about you 

  • Bachelors or accredited degree in video production, digital media, media production or digital film
  • 1-5 years of professional videography experience
  • Ability to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform repairs to audio and video equipment
  • Ability to configure, operate and maintain studio and/or field audio, lighting and associated production equipment
  • Knowledge of professional audio and/or video tape editing and post-production procedures, techniques, and standards
  • Must be proficient in industry standard design software on a Mac platform: Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere
  • Preferred qualification: experience lighting reflective surfaces like metal or willingness to learn how
  • Capable of working well under pressure, effectively manage time and schedules, while maintaining accuracy and quality design
  • Ability to be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
