Technical Support Representative
NCH is established, yet growing and we are seeking a Technical Support Representative to join Danco, Inc., a division of NCH Corporation. In this role, the Technical Support Representative will be responsible for offering product support and overseeing all consumer related questions that come into the Customer Service Department via website, social media, email, phone and mail. Responsibilities:
- Handling consumers and customer's product support cases through phone and email submission
- Assisting consumers and customers by explaining products, clarifying and/or providing installation instructions and providing troubleshooting tips.
- Documenting and reporting product malfunctions
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of bathroom repairs and features
- Experience with facility maintenance is preferred.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical consumers and customers
- Customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong skill set in product application and DIY
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines and goals
