We seek a Hardworking and Reliable Technical Application Specialist responsible for supporting our Sales Force, Customers and Operations Teams as a Primary Resource for our largest and most profitable business division.
The role suits a Highly Capable and Ambitious Self-Starter with a blend of Strong Technical, Problem Solving, and Entrepreneurial skills. The position offers a broad variety of projects to ensure our Products & Programs, Field Sales & Management Teams, and Operations & Marketing Groups receive unparalleled support. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable and challenging experience at a well-established, yet continuously growing organization with operations in more than 50 countries around the world. Your responsibility from day one is to leverage your initiative, creativity, and desire to help others to further the impact of our expanding team and help grow our business. This position will report to the North American Reliability and Technical Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with Management Team and Sales Force to Identify, Prioritize, and Solve complex technical sales issues through entrepreneurial and self-driven activities
- Continuous Development and Direct Support of Reliability & Partnership Programs, Marketing Collateral, Vendor Relationships, and Sales Tools
- Collaborate with Reliability Team, Platform Leaders, Management Group, Sales Force and Customer Base
- Direct Ownership and Support of Technical Requirements for Critical Corporate Programs
- Personal knowledge development in Lubrication Fundamentals; both practical application and theory
- Develop and Maintain an Expert Level of Product & Industry Knowledge in order to Resolve In-Field Sales and Technical Issues
- Willingness to travel (as needed up to 25%) for In-Field Requirements, Technical Training, and Company Representation

Qualifications and education requirements
- Degree in applicable field of Industry Experience or Supplemental Experience and Practical Skills in Industrial Field
- Industry Accreditations MLT/MLA/CLS or intent of gaining said accreditations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple Applications
