Responsibilities:

  • Run and maintain ad-hoc and regular tax reporting from Oracle ERP and Subsystems
  • Assist in the data collection from domestic and foreign finance managers; including but not limited to cash tax reconciliation tax provision and planning
  • Work with CorpTax solution and import financial data and tax adjustments using automation tools such as CorpTax Office or Teams applications
  • Work with Teams and SharePoint to collect financial and tax data and documentation
  • Assist with the organization, maintenance, project status using SharePoint
  • Use excel and other tools to manage, reconcile and validate data sets
  • Other projects as required and assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Recent Graduate with Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Math, preferred 
  • Analytical and detail oriented with an affinity for working with numbers and financial technology
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross functionally within tax and other departments
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Advanced level of use/knowledge of Excel
  • Demonstrated strong aptitude in course work, technology and/or other experience
  • Solid understanding of tax data flow between organizational systems and the technical architecture, integrations, data pipelines between ERP and Tax systems
