Supply Chain Analyst (Entry Level)

Summary Responsible for supply chain and manufacturing analysis for all NAC plants. Analyzes supply chain issues including equipment, facilities, labor and raw materials. Also responsible for financial analysis and inventory variances and support all manufacturing and distribution departments. Create reports in Tableau, Discoverer and analyze large sets of complex data.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

 

  • Analyzes Supply chain issues in the areas of cost of goods, cash to cash , and international shipments

 

  • Shop floor modeling to optimize facilities, equipment, labor, raw materials, and international supply chain processes

 

  • Database creation and management.

 

  • Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.

 

  • Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences, lead times and standards.

 

  • Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.

 

  • Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.

 

  • Prepares production reports.

 

  • Prepares lists of required materials, tools, and equipment.
