Senior EBS Oracle Integration Architect

The Senior Oracle EBS Integration Architect provides technical leadership, oversight, design, build, standardization and validation of Oracle EBS applications (R12.1.3 and R12.2.8) with a variety of 3rd party and in-house developed applications.  The Senior Integration Architect is responsible for overseeing, improving and upgrading enterprise applications and services.    


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides development leadership and mentoring, introducing new technologies and techniques to the team 
  • Responsible for complex solution design, execution and oversite of challenging integrations
  • Design of globally reusable business application solutions around Oracle ERP and ERP dependent applications
  • Apply specialized knowledge in a solution department discipline to conceptualize, design, construct and implement technology that enable and support business functions
  • Maintain an expert knowledge of software development languages, tools and best practices
  • Establish architecture design and technology principals and guidelines
  • Coach development personnel to ensure the team achieves project goals
  • Participates in design sessions with architects and developers on projects, provide support and guidance where appropriate
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment in order to meet assigned deadlines
  • Establish and maintain strong on-going relationships with IT and business partners
  • Perform top down decomposition of business process and identify areas of service
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of related experience
  • Experience in building integrations between EBS and middle ware applications; Oracle FMW, Dell Boomi preferred
  • Specialist on complex technical and business matters, Bug/Defect Analysis, Debugging, Software Development, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite tracks like CRM, Finance and SCM
  • Strong technical skills in Oracle EBS tech stack and middleware integration tool set
  • Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
  • Applications and platform integration experience
    • (SalesForce, Oracle FMW, Dell Boomi, Precision, Vertex/EB Tax, Demantra, RPA , PEGA)
    • Using web services, adapters etc.
  • EBS application Tech Stack experience
    • (Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, SQL,  PLSQL, Shell Scripts, Workflow, Oracle APEX)
  • Keeping up with the best practices in industry, ability to educate users and implement the solutions as and when needed
  • Capable of working with different teams and working with on-site/off-shore Teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
