A little about you

  • 1 -3 years of experience in a high volume call center environment
  • 1 - 3 years of customer service experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
  • Knowledge of Oracle is a plus, but not required
  • Superior time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent phone communication

Day-to-day work examples

  • Assist sales representatives and the corporate office
  • Find creative solutions for difficult logistic problems
  • Process purchase orders
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal/external customers
