Sales Support Coordinator

LSP is seeking a highly driven Sales Support Coordinator.  This role will be responsible for supporting order satisfaction by coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.   They will also contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting Sales Representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships.  If you’re seeking experience and growth in a personable, stable yet thriving environment, our Sales Support Coordinator role could be a match for you!

  • Annual Rebate Process
  • Job Quote Creation and Processing
  • Price Management
  • Sample Request Processing (contractors, wholesalers, rep agencies)/Follow-up/close rate analytics
  • Buying Group Sales Report Generation (IMARK GainShare program/ portal management (monthly/EOY reports). These responsibilities will be expanded as we join new Trade Groups (Commonwealth, etc.)
  • Rep Agency Support (daily/monthly)
  • Competitor Crossover Research
  • Forecasting Rationalization
    • Assist with Product Development/Supply Chain Forecasting with input gleaned from Sales reps/agencies field data, in addition to aforementioned Job Quote data
  • Communication
    • Customers/internal LSP departments with new product information/pricing adjustments/internal policy adjustments (surveys, FFA changes, etc.)
    • Customer Data Maintenance (provide database/contact updates/input)
  • Additional duties as assigned




  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2 or more years' experience in sales.
  • Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
  • Positive attitude and strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
  • Computer literacy; with particular comfort across all Microsoft Office platforms
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to establish relationships, inspire trust and collaborate with all internal and external customers
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
