A little about you

• High School diploma/GED required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Superior time management and multi-tasking skills

• Strong problem solving skills

• Experience with Oracle is preferred, but not required

• Dedication and commitment to providing excellent, accurate service in a timely manner

• 1 to 3 years in a administrative/sales support role preferred, but not required

 

Day- to-day work examples

• Create and maintain NCH contracts for customers and sales representatives

• Reconcile contract expirations and cancellations at end of month

• Respond to various calls, e-mails and faxes in order to set-up and/or maintain customer contracts for service and products

• Review contracts consistently for validation

• Process documentation for customer returns

• Provide strong customer service skills to sales managers, sales consultants and sales support regarding statement activity

• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
