Pre-Sales Coordinator

Chem-Aqua is the wholly owned water treatment subsidiary of NCH Corporation, a privately owned specialty chemicals, maintenance supplies, and services company with over $1 billion in annual sales. We are currently seeking a Pre-Sales Coordinator for our rapidly growing Healthcare Sterile Processing Department (SPD) Water Services Group. This person is responsible for working with Chem-Aqua Sales Representatives and Engineering Specialists to gather and process the information required to generate proposals for high purity water systems. A little about you

1. Experience
   1. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
   2. 2+ years of successful work experience with strong references preferred
   3. Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM program preferred

   1. Good organizational and computer skills are essential
   2. Focused, top notch customer service and verbal communication skills.
   3. Commitment to service excellence and performance enhancement
   4. Strong relationship building skills and high business ethics
