The successful candidate will who will support NCH Corporate and its business units by handling administrative and data entry tasks. A little about you

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3 years clerical/administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong aptitude for numbers
  • Experience with Oracle system a plus
  • Must exhibit a high degree of confidentiality
  • A team-player with a "can-do" attitude is a must
  • Proficiency in Outlook
  • Must have very high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

 

Day-to-day work examples

We support growth, opportunity and variety, which means your day-to-day has the potential to adapt with you and your passions. If you’re not challenged and growing, neither are we. For starters, though, here are some day-to-day examples of what you will be doing:

  • Review and process orders from the sales rep SCORE system.
  • Enter sales orders received from a variety of locations.
  • Infrequent e-mail inquiries and telephone communication.
  • Review state and federal contracts against orders for accuracy
  • Review orders against various holds for correct processing and commissioning
  • Work on special projects for the Entry area as needed
  • Maintain trust and discretion concerning reps and managers
  • Other projects as assigned by manager
