We’re looking for an Oracle Business Analyst to join the Corporate Information Technology as a key member of the Oracle Order Management project team.  This person will have primary responsibility for requirements gathering, system configurations, testing, training and documentation.   This position will also provide primary on-going support for Oracle Order Management. Additional support tasks may include customer standard and advanced pricing support functions. A little about you

 

You have B.S. in Finance, IT, or Engineering related field and 5+ plus years of experience working with Oracle Applications. Ideally your primary focus would be Oracle Order Management, Customer Standard, Advanced Pricing, Order Workflow also including Oracle Receivables modules. Additionally you have experience with Oracle systems implementations in either a functional, technical or advanced user role, specifically in Oracle R11 or R12.

 

You have great attention to detail. You would consider yourself an exceptional multi-tasker and never let a to-do item slip past you. Even when you have multiple projects to manage at any given time, you can execute accurately with little to no error.

 

You are an innovative problem solver.  You look at the way things are done and always ask yourself if there is a better way to do it.  You bring innovative ideas to the table to improve process efficiency.  When tasked with a problem, finding the solution excites you.  

 

You are a team player. You’re adaptable, reliable and willing to put in the work to get the job done. You are comfortable collaborating and taking project direction while providing strategic technical input when needed. Day-to-Day Work Examples

We support growth, opportunity and variety, which means your day-to-day has the potential to adapt with you and your passions. If you’re not challenged and growing, neither are we. For starters, though, here are some day-to-day examples of what you will be doing:

  • Provide post production support to Oracle Incentive Compensation business group
  • Hands on ownership of system design, system configurations and testing of assigned Oracle modules
  • Assist with day to day project  activities and tasks including administrative support areas, creating documentation, and helping senior team members as needed
  • Provide support for Global Order Management and Advanced pricing systems in place
  • Create customization specifications when required
  • Perform system configuration using standard out of the box Oracle functionality
  • Perform extensive system testing using an expert level of knowledge of the system.
  • Perform report development using various non-technical reporting tools
  • Develop functional level training materials to be used by end users.
  • Coordinate project events such as status meetings, training sessions, testing sessions, and IT communication sessions, alongside helping with documentation and communication areas pertaining to above events
  • Conduct end user training sessions
  • Perform various other project tasks as assigned
  • Work with technical team members on system customizations
