Chem-Aqua Marketing Support

We’re looking for a Marketing Support professional to join our team and assist in coordinating corporate tradeshow activities and providing Technical Marketing support.  Corporate tradeshow support includes event registration, packing of booths and banners, shipping logistics, assisting with attending travel arrangements, managing tradeshow advertising, coordinating payments, maintaining inventory of novelty and promotional material, and other required support to help ensure successful tradeshows.  Technical Marketing support includes assisting with various marketing functions such as shipping, admin needs, and other such requirements.

A little about you

  • College degree preferred but relevant experience will be considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds minimum (for packing of booths and banners)
  • Excellent communication

Day-to-day work examples

Tradeshow Coordination

  • Registering participants for conferences
  • Arranging travel accommodations and transportation to and from events, including car rentals or airfare
  • Planning trade show schedules and determining booth space requirements
  • Communicating with other team members to ensure that all details of the event are handled properly
  • Coordinating the setup of the event by hiring contractors to help set up exhibits, booths, and other materials when necessary
  • Coordinating social events where exhibitors can network with one another
  • Packing booths & banners, shipping, advertising, payments, maintaining inventory of novelty and promotional material, and other support


Marketing Support

  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
  • Travel
  • Meeting support
  • Data tracking and presentation
  • General office management such as ordering stationary
  • Assist with and support marketing functions, departmental shipping, and other administrative needs.
  • Perform various other project tasks as assigned
