Our Certified Marketing Team provides marketing strategy and support for our sales managers and sales reps located all across North America.

We offer advanced performance lubricants, application equipment, value added services and technical expertise to solve our Customers’ most difficult heavy equipment and industrial lubrication problems.

A little about you

  • You have strong written communication skills. You are comfortable and familiar with various content types, such as learning and development materials, presentations, and email communications.
  • You have great attention to detail. Even amid juggling multiple assignments, you are diligent in your reviews. You can manage projects with general direction and minimal supervision.
  • You are a confident communicator. You work well with others and can confidently communicate, whether in-person, on the phone or via email, with a variety of people.
  • You are willing to jump right in. You are comfortable with learning new technologies and can pick up new systems quickly.
  • You are driven with a desire to grow within a company. You are driven to learn and jump right into a new industry. Your ideal organization is growing quickly and you are hoping to grow with them
  • You have a college degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. You are eager to use your skills and knowledge from school while learning new ones. You are also proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs.

Day-to-day work examples

We support growth, opportunity and variety, which means your day-to-day has the potential to adapt with you and your passions. Here are some day-to-day examples of what you will be doing:

  • Support sales team on all digital platforms by taking calls and troubleshooting issues
  • Manage content in sales presentations. Ensure all content is kept up to date and effectively communicate any needed updates to the Creative team.
  • Assist in customizing, implementing and evolving various digital platforms
  • Help manage Client Relationship Management (CRM) software program
    • Input data, create new users, edit users, create and distribute reports
    • Work closely with IT team to test enhancements and bug fixes
  • Administer customer facing site by setting up new users, maintaining proper hierarchy and ensuring site functions properly.
  • Develop marketing deliverables for segment specific marketing plans
  • Assist with social media platforms content
