We’re seeking a highly skilled, (Sr.) Lead Oracle Application Developer to join the Corporate Information Technology in our NCH Oracle Technical Team.  (Sr.) Lead Oracle Applications Developer should have techno/functional expertise in R11i/R12 EBS modules, preferably in SCM/MFG/ASCP modules will be a strong plus.  In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technical duties likes providing technical solution expertise, perform technical design, development and unit testing of the Oracle RICEW solutions. A little about you

You have B.S. Or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science or related IT discipline with relevant experience. You have at least 10 years of design/development experience in Oracle EBS R11i/R12, managed code migration and documentation. You have participated in business requirements discussions to provide feedback on technical feasibility and options. You have expertise in Oracle Applications Tech Stack like SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, Oracle Discoverer, and Unix Shell Scripts. You have experience in integrating with EDI, Middleware applications, product data hub, precision or Clear Orbit will be a plus. You have strong knowledge of technical and functional concepts of SCM track including INV, MFG, Shipping, Planning and Procurement. You have experience of implementing at least 4 Oracle EBS projects. You have experience of global implementation of Oracle Applications Projects.

Day-to-day work examples

  • Develop software as required by project requirements and ability to work independently on a large or small projects/tasks.
  • Provide technical leadership guidance right from requirements gathering, development, implementation and until post go live support.
  • Be highly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail
  • Manage a high degree of change in a fast paced, complex and demanding environment
  • Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle
  • Establish and sustain strong on-going relationships with IT and business partners
  • Provide clear and consistent communication of project status both internally to IT and with Business Stakeholders.
  • Coach / manage development personnel to ensure the team achieves project goals; provide direction on application development and enhancements; supply support and guidance where appropriate; foster team building; performance evaluation.
  • Apply specialized knowledge in a solution development discipline to conceptualize, design construct, and implement systems that enable and support business functions.
