A little about you

You have corporate Instructional Design or similar experience. You preferably have a bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Design, Communication, or a related field. You also preferably have 3-5 years of experience developing content across multiple mediums in a corporate environment. Experience developing leadership and management content is a plus. You could even show us an example or two of your past work.


You have strong technical skills. You are familiar and comfortable with rapid authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, 360, and Adobe Captivate. You’re a quick learner when it comes to technology and can stay ahead of the curve on the latest e-learning tools. You also are a whiz when it comes to InDesign and Illustrator.


You are a problem solver. You have a lot of ideas when it comes to troubleshooting and are determined to fix the problem at hand. You also have the ability to be future-minded while finding short-term solutions. You love being approaching problems in unique and creative ways and can thrive in unclear situations!


You’re Accountable. You consistently deliver on commitments, even amidst changing client requirements and requests. You never need a ton of supervision because you can juggle a variety of tasks as they come in and always approach your tasks with a sense of urgency and decisiveness. You’re the “roll up your sleeves” kind of person who takes pride in being able to meet the needs of your clients.


Coordination is a strong suit for you. You love to have a lot going on and can easily keep all the parts and pieces moving without having to be told to do so. You thrive on planning and organizing and tend to do better when you have multiple projects going on. You consider yourself a strong project manager.


You have great attention to detail. Even amid juggling multiple assignments, you are diligent in your reviews, dotting all of the I’s and crossing all of the T’s. You easily catch errors, which supports your editing capabilities, and never let a to-do item slip past you.


You have strong written and verbal communication skills. You carry a very professional demeanor and are comfortable speaking to a wide variety of audiences and working with anyone. You are a confident presenter and technical writer, always communicating complex ideas and technical information clearly.


Day-to-day work examples

We support growth, opportunity and variety, which means your day-to-day has the potential to adapt with you and your passions. If you’re not challenged and growing, neither are we. For starters, though, here are some day-to-day examples of what you will be doing:

  • Partner with internal clients to evaluate performance gaps and/or organizational needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions through a thorough research and consultative process.
  • Write, design, and maintain content for learning experiences. This includes, but is not limited to course plan and lesson plan documents, facilitator and participant deliverables, eLearning modules, job-aids, activities, scenarios, scripts, etc.
  • Partners with internal clients and subject matter experts (SMEs) to determine project depth and scope as well as critical milestones.
  • Manages project plans, adheres to critical dates, and communicates progress to all appropriate parties
  • Serve as a backup resource for the Global LMS Administrator when needed.
  • Performs other related duties and leads projects as required.
