We’re seeking a highly skilled Global Transfer Pricing Tax Manager to join our US Corporate Tax team reporting to the VP Finance and Global Controller.   • Manage global transfer pricing compliance requirements, including preparation of documentation and related filings
  • Manage Tax Controversy/TP related tax audits
  • Provide Intercompany source documentation for recording monthly closing entries
  • Prepare and review periodic reports, analyzing and summarizing TP results and recommendations for management
  • Coordinate with outside local experts for advice
  • Prepare annual risk assessment by country
  • Propose annual related-party rate amounts
  • Prepare Company TP Masterfile
  • Report latest trends and legislative developments to management
  • Coordinate effectively with Treasury, Accounting, Finance, Income Tax and European TP function
  • Manage European Transfer Pricing Function
  • Other projects as required




  • BS in Finance/Economics/Accounting, Masters in Taxation preferred
  • 4+ Years of experience with significant exposure to transfer pricing in a Big 4 Accounting firm or Large Multinational Corporation.   Experience in US International/Foreign Income tax a plus.
  • Strong Analytical/Research Skills Coupled with an in-depth understanding of  US §482/OECD/Foreign Country Compliance and Controversy
  • Experience working with Oracle or similar ERP a plus
