2025 NCH Winter Externship
 

Thank you for exploring a winter externship with NCH Corporation, an international company where we work in small teams that have a direct impact on success. Our externship program, Envision, is a 2-day experiential learning and professional development experience for students who are currently enrolled in 2-4 year degrees or vocational/trade schools. Our externship program is hosted in person and virtually for students who are not in the DFW area with a 1-hour virtual orientation on January 6 and the full program on January 7-8, 2025. About the Program

Through Envision, students can explore a "day-in-the-life" in their chosen career field and gain valuable insight into how they can apply their education by learning from professionals with similar backgrounds.

As an Envision extern, you will:

• Explore your chosen career field by observing the day-to-day activities of NCH associates
• Discover the career possibilities in your area of interest through conducting informational interviews and job shadowing with NCH associates
• Enhance your skills through professional development workshops and career lectures
• Establish career connections and begin building your network

We offer career learning opportunities in IT Project Management & Application Management, Operations & Manufacturing, Business Analytics, Product Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales, Research & Development, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Creative Marketing (graphic design, etc.), and more.

Envision is an unpaid student experience. Students are responsible for all expenses related to the externship, including travel, accommodations (if any), and meals. Lunch will be provided on the externship dates for on-site students. Please ensure you have access to a reliable computer if attending virtually.

A little about you

• Must be 18+ years old
• Currently enrolled in a 2-4 year degree-seeking program or vocational/trade school
• High attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
• Someone who has a sense of initiative, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to jump in and get started
• Effective communicator, especially over email
• Provide answers to the questions tied to this application to tell us why you are interested in this experience
