EAS Salesforce Developer

The Salesforce Developer works with a team of software professionals that are responsible for the requirements, design, construction, integration, testing and maintenance of NCH Corporation’s software products designed to improve accuracy and efficiency throughout the business.  The Developer will modify and enhance our global CRM applications to support the sales and operations working with all phases of the development lifecycle; including analysis, construction and testing.  If you are seeking a position with high visibility and responsibility in a personable, stable yet thriving environment, our EAS Salesforce Developer opportunity, could be a match for you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary Salesforce CRM Development responsibilities.
  • Design and develop reusable software components, and participate in design sessions with architects and developers
  • Work with Business Analysts to analyze and convert business requirements into scalable, robust and flexible designs
  • Follow configuration management, coding standards, and version control policies.
  • Investigate defects, present solutions with accurate estimates of work effort and implement the solution on time and on budget

  • Create technical documentation and architectural proposals for peer review
  • Manage backups
  • Responsible for code migrations following release control schedules


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or comparable major
  • Salesforce Developer Certification 
  • Agile Experience with agile software development
  • Others Salesforce 3+ years' experience with development on the platform using Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Aura, Flow, Triggers, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and SOSL
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Experience and
  • Source Control Management Experience in source control management using GIT
  • Experience with batch and scheduled apex
  • Ability to create and maintain complex automation via Flows
  • Strong knowledge in Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, Custom Managed Apex Sharing, Public Groups and Queues.
  • Hands on experience using Salesforce Data Loader and other data migration tools.
  • Experience in assessing application performance and understanding governance limits
  • Knowledge or Experience with Dell Boomi desired but not required.
