  • Gather input from multiple data sources (Account Managers, Product Management,etc.) and consolidate into actionable summary plan. 
  • Participate and drive Demand Planning analytics as part of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
  • Manage 4 years of history and the forecasts across all channels and regions to provide a SKU level forecast by month
  • Manage Overrides, Modifiers, SKU transitions, Adds/Deletes, Outliners in Forecast Pro
  • Develop Tableau Reports as needed
  • Support the implementation of Oracle Demantra as needed
  • Conduct SKU level forecasts for both Danco & LSP businesses using Excel and Forecast Pro (statistical forecast generation, systematic review and fine tuning statistical models to drive continued forecast accuracy improvements, alignment with      sales/marketing teams)
  • Maintain forecast reports/tools (Volume/Rate/Mix analysis, Forecast Accuracy, Oracle Upload, Forecast Pro Upload, Root Cause Drivers, S&OP reports, New Item templates) that drive operational processes for a dynamic Danco/LSP demand plan.
  • Drive other ad-hoc analysis as needed to support Demand Planning/Supply Chain team and the cross-functional team. 



  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Supply Chain, Management Information Systems, or Business Related
  • MBA/ Master Degree in Supply Chain, Management Information Systems a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience in demand planning/supply chain (or comparable planning/analytical role) from medium sized company
