Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to support a largescale, global business and ERP transformation. The Project Manager will partner closely with the Procurement & Planning Director and cross-functional workstream leads to drive execution, coordination, and delivery across Supply Chain, IT, ERP (SAP), Data Migration, and business process workstreams.

This role is hands-on and execution focused, ideal for a project manager who is comfortable operating in complex, fastmoving transformation environments with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and governance requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Coordination

  • Manage day to day execution of assigned project workstreams, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly tracked and progressed.
  • Partner closely with the Procurement & Planning Director to support Supply Chain planning, production, and operational readiness activities, including milestone tracking and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate across ERP (SAP), Data Migration, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables

Planning, Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and action trackers.
  • Prepare clear, concise status updates for weekly project forums, including leadership and steering committee readouts.
  • Track progress against key milestones such as User Acceptance Testing, data validation, cutover readiness, and “Go Live” activities.

Stakeholder & Governance Support

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, working sessions, and decision forums.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, documentation, and approval processes.
  • Support audit, compliance, and control activities in partnership with IT and governance leads.

Issue & Dependency Management

  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and cross workstream dependencies; escalate with recommended mitigation plans.
  • Support resolution of integration challenges across regions, systems, and functional teams.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of project management experience supporting transformation, system implementation, or operational improvement initiatives.
  • Exposure to ERP or SAP enabled programs (Supply Chain, OTC, STP, Finance, or Data preferred).
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple teams or workstreams
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and follow through on execution items
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Procurement experience and/or experience in ERP purchasing module

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting data migration, UAT User Acceptance Testing, and “Go Live” readiness activities
  • Background in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations
  • Experience working with system integrators or contract resources
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project tracking tools
