Compliance Review Professional

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the facility compliance review program including scheduling, performing and reporting on facility reviews.
  • Participate in the interface with federal, state, and local government agencies concerning regulatory programs the Professional manages.
  • Review and interpret environmental, health and safety requirements and data, and advise management of recommended corrective actions.
  • Subject to oversight from General Counsel – Regulatory Affairs, Corp Safety Director, Environmental Manager and Corporate Industrial Hygienist and Senior Review Professional, will answer various safety and environmental questions from corporate facilities.
  • Perform all other related duties as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Database, internet, and inventory software and order processing systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and affinity to work with an interactive team in an office environment
  • Great organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent follow through
  • Experience in facility operations, engineering, regulatory review and interpretation; preferred
  • Working knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations; preferred 
  • Some travel required for facility visit inspections
