Chemsearch FE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and live chat.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must have: 

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a high volume call center environment
  • 1 - 3 years of customer service experience
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Oracle experience is preferred, but not required. 

Additionally, this role calls for someone who: 

  • Demonstrates acute attention to detail and the ability to provide work that is accurate and free of errors. 
  • Is reliable, well-organized and process-oriented 
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates superior customer service via telephone and email
  • Has the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills

For starters, though, here are some day-to-day examples of what you will be doing:

  • RESPOND to customer inquiries and RESOLVE customer challenges in a timely and professional manner
  • ENGAGE with customers over the phone, email, and live chat
  • IDENTIFY and ASSESS customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • PROCESS customer orders, returns, and exchanges
  • UPDATE customer information, as needed
  • COLLABORATE with other teams to resolve complex customer issues 
  • PROCESS receiving reports/documentation for customer returns
  • PROVIDE tracking orders status as requested by customers and sales representatives
  • SHARE product knowledge and safety information documents on products when requested
