Chem-Aqua Services Dispatch Coordinator

 

Chem-Aqua is the wholly owned water treatment subsidiary of NCH Corporation, a privately owned specialty chemicals, maintenance supplies, and services company with over $1 billion in annual sales. We need experienced talent to lead our growing Chem-Aqua Services Team.

 

The Chem-Aqua Services Dispatch Coordinator will join our Chem-Aqua Services Department and be responsible for providing logistical support for a team of service technicians in our diverse markets throughout the United States. They will report to our current Chem-Aqua Services Dispatch Manager.

This person must have a professional, polished presence with the ability to perform the Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to Chem Aqua sales representatives and their customers, sales managers, service technicians as well as internal and external contacts
  • Schedule jobs based on prioritization and efficiency
  • Construct, dispatch jobs in SalesForce.com and maintain daily schedules for Chem-Aqua Service technicians
  • Daily communication via phone and/or email with sales reps and their customers, technicians and managers as required
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for service technicians as needed
  • Perform other administrative related duties such as expense reports, billing, parts ordering, compliance, maintenance files, and miscellaneous requests as assigned and based off of special projects given.
  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in service customer service/dispatch
  • Ability to learn and maintain multiple software systems
    • SalesForce.com experience a plus
  • Service type schedule/coordination experience is preferred; dispatching 10-15 trucks daily
  • Highly polished phone and in-person presence, with the ability to problem solve on the fly
  • Candidate must be very flexible, organized, able to manage multiple projects and able to work with all levels of staff
  • Must have a positive attitude, a commitment to client service and a willingness to support the office team with a variety of assignments
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior customer service and/or receptionist experience is a plus
