A little about you


You have work experience in a corporate setting. You preferably have a bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting experience. Having a working knowledge of basic talent acquisition processes and experience screening candidates is preferred. You are also proficient in Microsoft Office programs.


You are an innovative problem solver.  You look at the way things are done and always ask yourself if there is a better way to do it.  You bring innovative ideas to the table to improve process efficiency.  When tasked with a problem, finding the solution excites you. 


You excel in relationship building. You know how to build strong relationships. You’re a great collaborator and team player. You enjoy conversations and interviews, truly getting to know people for who they are.


You are a confident communicator. You consider yourself a people-person. You work well with others and can confidently communicate, whether in-person, on the phone or via email, with a variety of people, including those you have never met. Actually, phone conversations – screening and asking questions – is no problem for you. You carry a very professional demeanor and are able to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.


You are willing to jump right in. You love helping others and are willing to support the team wherever needed, even when it comes to administrative duties. You don’t need a ton of supervision because you’re accountable and can juggle a variety of tasks as they come in. You’re also a quick learner, which makes new tasks easy for you.


Coordination is a strong-suit for you. You love to have a lot going on and can easily keep all the parts and pieces moving without even having to be told to do so. You are organized. With high volume recruitment comes a high volume of moving parts and pieces. You are able to keep these parts pieces moving in an organized fashion – applications, open positions, interviews, etc. – so that no detail is missed.


You are a Leader. You enjoy taking ownership of projects and process. You have no problem sharing solutions with your peers. You are comfortable managing projects and people, always enforcing best practices and ensuring a process is followed.

  • Managing sales recruiting process from start to finish - sourcing candidates, and conducting first stage interviews, initiating the hiring process to onboarding and processing new hire paperwork
  • Grow and maintain a talent pipeline
  • 20% travel within the US to participate in career fairs
  • Keep up on the latest trends and metrics in talent acquisition
