Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop reporting solutions to support business operations
  • Develop standards and policies for data integrity and report generation
  • Perform research and analysis to support business operations and present findings to manager or project leader.
  • Ability to implement solutions and train end-users on new systems/procedures
  • Develops recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations.
  • Determines best practices and suggests how to improve current practices.
  • May perform special projects upon request.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, CS, or IT preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience as an analyst.
  • Hands on experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
  • Proficient mining and analyzing data in Excel.
  • SQL or query writing experience a plus.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions.
  • Proven experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
