Working under the supervision of the Regulatory Affairs Counsel, the full time Administrative Assistant oversees and manages all office procedures and other tasks as assigned by the Regulatory Affairs Counsel.


NCH is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant who will support the Regulatory Affairs team by handling a wide range of administrative and reporting duties. This person will be responsible for the organization of several department files and communication of pertinent information to the proper groups and individuals. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support to Regulatory Affairs Counsel including travel, expense reports and incoming calls
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information
  • Oversee all aspects of general office coordination; including
    • Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings
    • File and retrieve department documents, records and reports
    • Maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies
    • Oversee accounting tasks including monthly invoices using XTGlobal, asset reports, dues and subscriptions
    • Assist in the daily business of the department
    • answering phones professionally, typing letters and correspondence, sorting and distributing mail
  • Perform compliance functions; including
    • Maintain Pesticide registration database and monthly reports
    • Maintain Emergency Response List
    • Monitor and assist with maintenance of the department website
    • Assist in the preparation of safety surveys
    • Maintain Remediation spreadsheets
    • Prepare governmental required reports
  • Maintaining manuals and performing all other relevant duties for each manager
  • Research, prepare and edit reports and presentations
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Perform all other duties as required



•     High school diploma; some college strongly preferred
•     Two year Regulatory department experience strongly preferred
•     Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and Database
•     Strong interpersonal skills and affinity to work with an interactive team
•     Great organizational skills, close attention to detail and excellent follow through is required
•     Professional appearance, communication skills and demeanor required
