Chemsearch (a division of NCH Corporation) is established, yet growing, and we need to attract top talent to support our overall business strategy.  The Corporate Sales Recruiter will join our Talent Management team to support our strategic recruiting practices, and communicate our brand and growth story to the external candidate community for our Chemsearch division.  This position will be based in our Dedham, MA office. Responsibilities

 

  • Develop recruiting strategies to attract the passive and active candidates.
  • Experience sourcing and working with Boolean searches
  • Manage postings in appropriate media and social networking sites to attract candidates for all sales positions as needed.  
  • Manage and maintain internal job posting process as well as the interview process in compliance with OFCCP
  • Participate in and attend job fairs, networking events as a means to develop a strong pipeline of candidates and to effectively meet  high volume hiring needs and business initiatives
  • Responsible for sourcing, cold calls, screening and interviews both internal and external sources
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Skills –

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2 - 4 years of  successful high volume sales recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong internet research and social media skills required
  • Proven success identifying creative sources, and attracting passive job seekers. 
  • Strong communication, organizational and assessment skills
  • Understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Experience working with Boolean searching methods
  • Must be willing to travel
