Responsibilities:

•Selling products while developing new accounts through prospecting activities.
•Planning and conducting an assigned number of sales calls daily to hit sales targets.
•Managing and servicing assigned existing business which may include merchandising product at the store level.                                                                                                                                             

•Assist store management with order replenishments.
•Updating management consistently on progress.
•Attending and actively participating in sales meetings and training sessions.
•Achieving and exceeding sales goals and new business numbers consistently.
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of outside sales/business development experience. Plumbing industry experience is a plus.
  • Track record of success consistently prospecting for new business and making sales calls in order to build and establish an account base.
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively manage time while working independently.
  • Extremely goal oriented setting and achieving challenging sales goals and managing existing business within defined territory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and maintain these relationships.
  • Strong proficiency across all Microsoft Office platforms
  • Strong desire for career in sales with a competitive attitude, confidence and desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Daily travel is required.
  • Personal vehicle required.
  • Candidate should reside in either Tuscaloosa, Birmingham, Huntsville or Montgomery area.
